When on a DATE or with a woman you are not clearly on a friendship basis but mostly a stranger, ANY touching on her part initiated (not as a response to you touching her) is a very good high indicator of interest.
Women are VERY aware when NOT wanting to be touched by things that creeps her out. So when she does it to you, ask her out again for sure.

Women will initiate kino when they're highly interested. This is an indication that she wanted to break the physical barrier between the two of you.
