What does DD mean by "Two steps forward, one back"

In DDs sexual communication book, 3rd stage is Amplyfing the attraction (Two steps forward, one back.......leaving the house immediately)..

While I know what the latter example means, leaving the house immediately.. Im not quet sure what is that first one means. Can someone point me to an answer?

This is a really great principle by David D. I've used it many times and it works to perfection. A perfect example could be when your making out with a girl. You initiate the contact, start making out and in the middle of it, just stop, pull back and wait for her reaction. She'll most likely grab you and shove you towards her face because she's so turned on and your only increasing the ANTICIPATION.

Women get excited by anticipating what might be coming next. When your predictable, its boring. However when you keep them guessing, it really amplifies the attraction she might have for you.

Basically this idea has to do with letting them have a taste, but not the whole pie. Make them work for you in every aspect and they'll chase after you more and more.

Im in a position where I can try a lot of the new stuff. I work with men who are naturally great with women, and there is plenty of HOT women around to practice it on. Plus Im being praised for my work, and make headway daily. This is not a professional environment and there is fun daily! Stop working, go out type of fun, have a few drinks, etc..


Can you guys give me more examples of this stuff? Suppose youre with a chick, lets say working or foolling around on computer, alone or otherwise. What would be appropriate example for this situation?




Im thinking, Ill put my hand on top of hers, hold it there for a few seconds, then take her hand and hold it while I put my other hand on top, say jokingly and not like Im serious her name, keep her guessing and getting uncompfortable, then tell her baldly I uninstalled a program she installed last time because it made computer sooo slow. Put her hand on my knee (???) lean back and just look at her eyes and smirk until she looks away first.

What you think? Too weired? Im not sure about that one, as it looks like there is something missing, some sort of move or line after I execute that. I can pull it off without being kicked in the balls, the idea though is to set her up so that shes not sure if Im into her or not. I would appreciate any sort of critique from experienced DJs on this one, it will help me out a lot.

Is this what is meant by one step forward one step back? Is this something that could potentially be hot, or is it too much and will freak her out? Previously, this particular chick, thought Im into her, was like all serious and stuff, even wanted to invite me to a club opening where shes a bar tender. Told her Im partying out with my friend, and later gonna meet a few chicks.

In general.. it's give her a good dose of something.. then take it back. Let her know you aren't for free, that you own what you have. It may be something like giving attention in a conversation.. give her lots, then demonstrate you are not subject to her by giving lots of attention to someone else.. then back to her.
