A buddy of mine has only been going out with this chick for a week and here are some of the things he's done:

-He asked her if she would be his girlfriend

-He talks about getting married to her

-He goes to her work everyday and hangs out for a few hours

-He writes love notes to her

-He constantly refers to her as "my girlfriend"

-He buys her flowers all the time
