Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm 184 pounds and 5'8. I am currently on a Testosterone Advantage Plan Diet (you've probably heard about it). And my daily diet is ussually between 1800-2200 calories.

My diet is mostly consisting of eggs, dairy products, breads (very little), some tuna and bacon and LOTS of green veggies. With the occasional orange juice and soup or some fruits for desert. But i'd say like 65% of the diet is veggies.

My workout regimen is 3 times a week strength training and twice a week abs.

5 times a week of cardio, 3 times 45 minutes, once 30 and once 60.

The workouts are made such that I start with 12 reps of 50% my one-rep max, increasing the weight and lowering the reps for each next set so that the last one is 5 reps of 90% of my one-rep max.

I also take ephedrine supplements to aid the cutting.

I know this is all very different from what Diesel suggests. But what would your opinions be? My goal is to simply get to 166 pounds which should make me cut without losing any of my mass. Possible?

Why not just give it a go and see how you do? Different regimes work for different people and sometimes you just have to give it a try. Try a diet and/or training approach and keep a log of what you do from day to day, then you can always refer back to see how effective - or not - it was.

I am naturally very lean and can get down to under 10% bf with relatively small adjustments in carb intake without needing to perform any cardio nor needing to even go near any form of thermogenic. Others will have to be far more strict on their diet and employ intense cv sessions several times a week. So give it a go - if it isnt working adjust something - reduce your carbs, up your cv, train at a faster pace by reducing rest periods between sets, increase your protein intake - good for getting lean anway. Look at the timing of your carb intake for example - ideally most should come first thing in the morning and straight after a workout. There are lots of variables you just have to see how each one affects you.

Looking at your post again, its great to eat a lot of greens but you need to eat more meat and fish. Including lean red meat. Salmon is very good due to the high protein content and the essential fats (good fats) that it contains. More protein - no question. A little bacon shouldnt do too much harm - some saturated fat is good - it helps raise testosterone levels. Be sensible with the dairy products but for me the one thing that will smooth me out is bread - so I only use wholemeal bread and fairly conservatively - white bread makes me hold a layer of goo over my abs! Not good:O) (Pasta has a similar affect if I have too much)

Tell me something? How did you ever get used to eating bread and past in such a low amount? Or wore you never much of a bread eater anyway? In my diet i get to eat at most like 2-3 slices of bread a day. Are your amounts something similiar?

You can get under 10BF% without cardio and with just a litlle adjustment to the carbs? Nice!

Every now and then I used to go through a stage of craving bread products - not sure why - maybe I had/have a wheat allergy as a lot of ppl do without realising it. Wheat products certainly make you hold water. Anyway, I dont really have the problem of craving bread anymore - 2 - 3 slices per day isnt really much anyway, I used to consume a whole loaf at a time!! Your body will adjust fairly quickly to the amount of carbs you injest so if you eat less you should get used to it fairly quickly and your body will require less anyway. I eat pasta when I want - perhaps one or twice per week maybe less - I dont find it difficult to go without pasta.
