"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I won't lie. I need a few ideas. I work, go to the gym, read articles, hang out with the boys, go out on weekends etc. I have been working very hard on developing a solid mindset of not being outcome dependent, but as you know all from experience it is not accomplished over night.

With that said, when your plates are busy, your off work. What do you like to do to keep busy? What works for you to keep that mind distracted and off the thoughts of women?

Would enjoy reading what you guys have to say

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Guitar playing, and recording. It's difficult, it's fun, and it's rewarding for me. Try learning a skill that lets you create something. You'll have it forever.

Learn a multitude of skills! I play basketball, and football, do parkour (used to) skate(board), and program on my computer. I'm learning Spanish, and how to play guitar, and I will eventually get around to learning Japanese and Italian too, as well as learn how to play piano. Learn something new! You only live once.

Guitar, writing music, reading up on changes in my career field, carpentry and foreign affairs, spanish on and off, fishing, weightlifting especially grip sport my favorite lately. Rifle range. And monitoring my investment portfolio.
Your priority should not be women. Not gonna lie I can get distracted when new poon comes my way. But make an effort to set goals and continuously plan to achieve them. Dont look at this as a distraction from women when they aren't around.

Yes guitar is awesome. I used to play bass and need to start playing again. Go to a concert, learn to dance, watch a funny movie, cook a good healthy meal, take a long drive, buy yourself something nice at the mall, volunteer at a shelter, or watch porn.

Just kidding about the last one.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I am in a band so I usually write some new songs and I play guitar plus I am a good singer so I love to sing and strum when I am not pursuing women. I love reading books and other informative stuff online and I love to workout whether its a 30 minute run or weightlifting.

I sleep at 5am in the morning and I utilize my night time to get better because that peace and serenity of silence actually empowers me to do whatever I want to do.

I always study at night from 11pm to 9am and i've been doing this since last 8 years.

If you wanna know more about yourself then just sit alone at night and introspect. Ask questions from yourself and decide as to what should be your next goal.

If you know everything about yourself, trust me, you will fall in love with yourself.

Draw, draw, draw. So many great parallels with women too.

-takes many sketchbooks, loads of patience, preponderance of failure, tons of practice to finally get 'good'
-good idea to loosen up/warm up beforehand
-through constant repetition, the more you'll come to see what style (or type of girl) you like, which type you dislike

The road to mastery is a tough one, but man is it worth it. I have an aversion toward 'universals', but I'll make an exception by saying that I think every guy should aspire to achieve mastery in at least one thing throughout the course of their lives.
