I been working out for alittle bit so far, heres how the body looks like.






What do you guys think? What else should i do? I dont really have any plans when i go to gyms.. Just use whichever weight/machine that works out the parts i wanted to that day.. i.e triceps chest =|

I guess, i need a workout plan. What should i do for a week for bulking up? Any suggestions? =|

eat, lift and sleep big. eat clean (no junk food, eat 6 meals a day, about 1.5Xbody weight protein), focus on big lifts (deadlifts, squats, bench presses, rows, pullups, weighted dips, shoulder presses)
