“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Yep, I did it a few years ago. Three times a week for about three weeks and used front squats as the exercise. Hellish is the word. My conditioning improved dramatically, body fat got lower, work capacity improved and strength endurance increased greatly. It works unbelievably well. The thing is - this is taken right out of a medieval torture chamber. Only a psychopath can invent a protocol like this. Tabata sad that after a short time, they almost had to force the athletes to continue the study. One minute in, you want to die and wonder what the hell you are doing to yourself. Four minutes seems like weeks and doing it all seems like a lifetime. If done right, it should leave you on the floor drenched in sweat, gasping for air with an iron blood taste in your mouth for at least ten minutes. And a great sense of accomplishment. If you do it before a regular weight workout, all you´ll be able to do is pinky finger curls with a pen. You basically use pure willpower and self-discipline. Even Tony Robbins won´t get you to do it. But it is deffinately effective ;)

I'm pretty sure I created something like this on my own a while ago thats longer than that.

I think it sounds a bit overrated to be perfectly honest. Mine incorporated Skipping, burpees, boxing, bike work with only 20 seconds between each new exercise. Burpees x 20, boxing for 3 mins, bike for 3 mins, skipping for 3 mins. that was one set then a minute break then another set of the same. I did this four times and was spent then. The first one however should not be enough to blow you over like this program suggests.

Having said that I've been wrong before however so feel free to give it a whirl I guess. Just dont expect the amazing results it claims thats all.

Its kinda like HIIT. When I think HIIT though, I usually think hill running or sprints with much longer intervals like 1 minute high intensity and 30 seconds low intensity. This is definitely a great idea because you can do exercises like squats as fengshui said. I'd like to try it with other anaerobic exercises to see if its effective. It goes against a lot of what I've learned about strength training but this is supposedly for endurance.

This could probably work wonders for GPP (general physical preparedness) and conditioning, but you certainly aren't going to promote an anabolic environment in your body. Quite the opposite--lactic acid, inflammatory factors and cortisol levels will be sky high.
