“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Well?

I'd like to get some opinions here.

In my opinion, I think it is pushing your comfort zone. I can't find it, but i read this article (or maybe it was in the DJ Bible) that compares your comfort zone to a bubble. As you push it, it gets bigger and bigger and you have more room to move around and enjoy yourself. But if you dont push it, it closes in on you and it's hard to enjoy yourself.

Your turn.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I don't have a confidence problem mainly due to the fact that I'm comfortable with myself. I just see it as if you aren't okay with you then how do you expect a woman to be.

I did this by looking at myself physically and mentally. I frequently look in the mirror, and I see my perfections and my flaws. It usually helps me keep my confidence up.

Then the most important thing. Whenever I get that feeling like I can't do it, I just do it solely because I don't want to do it. It allows me to have less anxiety because I've done all those things I really, really didn't want to do, and I came out okay, even sometimes better than okay.

The key to building confidence is to remove anxiety! Anxiety and confidence are opposites.

How do you remove anxiety? The master disaster put it nicley. If you're faced with fears, do your best to act in spite, that removes them!

But a good amout of these problems are caused by we worrying too much about what others think. Now ask oyurself, what«'s the use of worrying? Other peoples minds are not in our control. We should have a clear perception of what we do control (Ourselves) and what we don't. So why waste time and suffer over what we don't control?

If you stop worrying about others, that's a step ahead. The other step ahead is to develop confidence- by facing your fears.

For me part of it comes from having a good sleep.

My confidence comes from past experiences. I've solved some difficult problems and been able to accomplish what I want in life. So the empirical evidence is there. The second aspect is outlook which is that I don't really need to please everyone all the time because I have my own set of goals that I am working towards (proudly I might add) and I know what I enjoy in life. If other people vary, that's great, without variety society would collapse.

I feel like true confidence comes from within you. I know it sounds like some crap to say it that way, but i can kind of feel it in me and in my head. Sometimes i don't feel confident like we all do but then i search deep with in my head and i am able to find confidence or a feeling that i can push throughout my entire body and i feel confident again.

I may just be ****ed up in the head though but it seems to work for me. It even works sometimes when i have approach anxiety. It kind of feels like you overide the negative emotions with all the positive feelings you have for yourself.

"What do you guys think is the key to building confidence?"

Not being afraid of anything.

What I do is I make a list of everything that I'm afraid of doing. Take each item on the list, go out, and do it repeatedly. Like, if you're afraid to go to the gym and lift weights because you can't lift heavy enough yet and there are lots of other guys there....do it anyway. If you don't know how to change a bike tire...go outside and do it.

Become fearless.

Seems like this is what most truly confident people say. This and facing their fears. The thing is that I don't understand how to let this confidence come from "within". Anybody here know what i mean?

Steve,

Start living your life FOR YOURSELF, not for the pleasing of others, but for what you truly want. Don't let fear, excuses, or a desire to please others get in your way and confidence will start happening to you.

Start taking those trips, bang a stripper, and do nothing on a saturday night. Do what you want and let go of what you can't control.

the looking into the mirror business really works. truly get to know yourself, face all your flaws head on, and accept yourself for what you are. once you see your true self and accept it, confidence will bubble up from below like oil out of a well.

No.

Having no anxiety won't make you confident. It makes you less anxious.

I just realized that the emotion that i find within myself is this feeling of acceptance for yourself. Very true, i just have sort of always done it naturally

knowing what you want really helps. If you know the things you want, then you can work towards them. When you work towards them, each step makes your more confident of your goal. When you achieve your goal your confidence soars because that's another thing you have proven to yourself that you can do. Then you trust yourself to know that you can handle that situation and others like it. In fact you can do anything you set out to do.

Yeah, but isn't anxiety caused by lack of confidence?

I think that's the only reason people get anxious in the first place.

Depends. I get anxious as hell most of the time. It runs in the family.

You can get used to it after awhile.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Going to the gym, and taking care of your studies/career, along with pushing your comfort zone to do things you thought you wouldn't succeed in doing.

Confidence always fluctuates.
But Self Esteem never does.

You can't have high Self Esteem if you dont have Self Respect.
If you have high Self Esteem, then you feel internally validated, and have an internal Locus of Control.
When you dont need external validation, you are indepent of others' thoughts, words, and actions to a much higher degree than the average person.

In order to build more Self Esteem, one would have to feel that one is living a life of Meaning, and Purpose, and especially a life of Fulfillment.

When you are truly fulfilled, you are in Abundance Mentality, thus, you can easily be a Giving person.
When you are fulfilled, and your needs are met, you are not irritable, and not prone to be offended easily.
When you live a life that makes you happy, one that you enjoy, you enjoy sharing your positive feelings with others.
Thus, you bring wealth and value to others.
When you observe yourself living this life, one that is with purpose and fulfilling, you feel you have resources.
And when you have resources, you have confidence.

While it's true that confidence fluctuates, it is also tru that your self esteem keeps you more willing to try new things, and go outside your standard comfort zone.
Since you are not irritable, you live a fulfilling life...why not? Right?

The question then becomes what if you are not living the life you enjoy?

How do you stay confident?
Well, you cant...not exactly...not in ALL situations.
You CAN be self Assured.
Meaning, that even when you're in situations and circumstances in which you DONT KNOW WTF you're doing, and have made a 'mistake', you are not feeling pressure to impress others, or get their approval, acceptance, and their validaton.
So how differently do you act when you make a 'mistake' but are not dependent on NEEDING others to validate you?

You are Self Assured.

" I Know WHO I am, and WHAT Im capable of. And Im cool with other people not knowing what I AM capable of. I dont need to show off to them, nor do I need their acceptance and approval, thus, I move through life naturally, and without the extra burden of worrying about what people will think about me.
Because Im not in control of that. So I let go of any anxiety about that, and just be ME. Because that's all I should Be....just ME. And if that's not good enough for them, despite my efforts to improve myself and be an articulate, well educated, well spoken, and worldly , mature and masculine man..then so be it. Im ok with that."

So look for building upon your natural Self Esteem.
The positive feeling of loving and accepting yourself, and knowing that you do deserve good things, and dont deserve to be disrespected and treated poorly, nor have your resources taken from you.

What really is the key for unlocking your Self Esteem though?

Well, it really is about BEING.
Accepting WHO you are , deep down inside The good, the bad, and the ugly.

And taking steps , as mature, masculine man , to take responsibility for your life , thoughts, conditions, and actions.

HOW do YOU move through life?

While just about everything can be 'faked' to a degree, with your knowledge, and intellectual capacity, and knowing right from wrong, and wanting a good, healthy life...why would you want to fake it?

Then dont fake it.

BE it.
Not only will you be more respected, and have more self respect for yourself, but your life will be free of always trying to 'hide' things, and be ashamed of yourself. And your conditions.
See, you were born into certain conditions, that you,as a child, coudlnt really change.
But now, as a grown man, you DO have the capability to change yourself, your life, and your environment.
And thats all your meant to do here while down here....
If you KNOW what you want, then your mission in life is to DO that which brings you Joy.
It's when you DONT do that, that you suffer.
Think about it.
