What do you guys do post studying?

So for the past couple of days ive been really into my bio studying, what do you guys do after you study. My main fault is that I never relax, I always get worked up. I feel that if im relaxed that means that I didnt study enough, when in reality I studied the material for 6-8 hours total. But when im all wound up into a tight ball of stress I feel like I reached my max capacity for information and studied enough, thats at the 10+ hour mark.

the funny part? When I study less and feel relaxed all the information flows. When I study more and start to get that ball of stress inside me I feel the information is just choppy.

So what do you guys do to relax before a test, day before a test, or just after studying ?

If I studied a lot and I felt in a great position for the exam, I Would get enough sleep and relax by reading things online and eating a good meal.

Last semester I used to do night gym sessions of cardio only that actually does help. Thanks for the replies guys. Yeah I feel in a pretty good position, its just right after I study I feel as if I forget information but an hour later it'll all fully sink in. I think I'm gonna head home after this class and go for a run to relax.
