"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I'm f*cking fed up with this saga ... I'm constantly blaming myself, spending nights laying awake in my bed thinking of this and eating crap food and generally feeling depressed about it.

On the 13th December a friend and I headed back to the Uni dorms after a great night out. We met up with 3 other guys and hanged out in my neighbours room. Things were going OK, we were talking mostly about the night. Suddenly out of f8cking nowhere my neighbour starts spraying me with his deodorant. I'm like wtf and pushed him back asking why he'd done it.

He totally ignores me and continues, this time using a lighter spaying flames right at my face. I was quick enough to shield my eyes with my forearm, and in an act of self defence I hit him. And it's only at that point that my neighbour, ex friend, tells me to leave.

Ever since that incident I've moved dorms. But it's only until recently I found out he's been talking **** to my friends in the old dorm and people he knows outside. On top of that he has lied to my ex GF about what happened too.

He has told them all that I hit him AFTER he'd asked me to leave ... but that's BULL****. Complete and utter BULL****. I wouldn't even think of hitting someone if they'd asked me to leave - I would leave, like anyone else would.

So yeah .... I'm in a right pickle, I'm depressed, I don't eat properly, I've got serious insomnia ...

I'm going to speak to the University tomorrow - hopefully, if they even bother giving me 5 minutes.

Is there any advice you can give?

Thanks.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
