Let me guess it was on AOL IM? Thats was her classic first move on AOL IM.

Basically you opened her with "how old are you?" and she's got immetiately uptight and the rest of the convo went nowhere.
My guess is the opener should be better: women are conditioned that age questions are bad in their nature....

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
