what can I do with a good voice?

But anyway I don't have many other attributes I'm aware of... is there anything I should look into doing to see if I can make money or get some kind of notice of it???

Do some voice over work. If you're good like you say, it shouldn't take long to make some cash. People pay big money for video sales letters.

If you have a local community radio station that lets people come in with their music and be a radio dj for an hour, that would be good practice. Jobs in radio tend to be crappy, but it can be a stepping stone to other voice jobs. MMA announcers are the only voice people I've ever worked with, but most of them had a background in radio.

a horse racing guy i know does voice over work for a living. actually did vulcan raven in the first metal gear solid. every once in a while i make him do it for me lol. pretty good money. not a millionare but he's not broke.

I am not sure what voice over means... I googled it and a lot of paid links came up... Any suggestions on what is a good way to start in it?

Go to fiverr.com. Search for "voice over" find some good ones, copy their ads, set it up and see what happens. Once you get a good reputation, you can get business other places.
