We have 'that' in spades down here in Miami, and since there's so much of that to compare and contrast, I'd say she pulls it off by a hair, depending too on what she wears. It looks like she's just barely hanging in there though, literally, like if you check in on her in a year or so there's as good of a chance that she might look identical as her looking like a massive cow.
