What are the signs that you've overtrained? i think i ****ed myself.

It's a high possibility that nonetheless i may have overtrained at the gym.

For the past few months i've had some appetite problems including gas in the morning. And occasionally nauseating types of coughs.

What are the symptoms of overtraining?
