Keep it light and fun and constantly be physically escalating (kino) in subtle ways. Otherwise, there is no magic thing to say or do. You can certainly say the WRONG thing though. Generally, less is more. Let her do most of the talking while you have a half smile and ask her follow up questions.

A lot this is a matter of day in, day out process rather than specific things that you would do. Lift weights, eat no processed foods, do not mbate, and do not watch porn. Doing those things can help your overall vibe. Dress in a stylish manner and let her do most of the talking, as @Barrister says. I am a proponent of kino escalation too.
