"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

what about my bulkin routine?

hi everybody. i'd like to have opinions and advice about my bulkin routine. i started a month and a half ago, weighing 62,5 kg (that is 137lbs) and my goal is to reach 70kgs (155lbs) before 6 june, when school ends. from then on, i'll improve definition, in order to improve my 8pack and to look like a greek god at the end of july, so i'll ride a bike for 30km every evening, i'll go to a digging session for a month in the countryside every morning and i'll play basketball and soccer every afternoon.
my main reason to reach 70kgs is looking good and having clothes fit me better, but i also want to become better at sports (i occasionally play basketball and people taller than me, even as thin as me, can dribble me with no problem since i'm afraid to be pushed to the ground:D).
i already have a considerable amount of muscles, i mean, i'm skinny, but i have a really good looking body and a decent 8 pack, so i think that my road to 70kgs won't be too hard.

unfortunately, this last month and half i have had lots of problems, since i injuried myself and i didn't workout for a week and a half, then i skipped another 2 weeks, since i was away for spring break... i think that, summed up, i've skipped at least 4 weeks out of 6:D

at last... here's my workout, tell me what you think (so far, i've gained 1kg (2-3 lbs), that is pretty good to me. also, my body looks better and i feel more secure when i play sports.

sunday: legs
monday: pecs (sometimes i exchange sunday and monday)
tuesday: rest
wednesday: biceps and triceps
thursday: light training (forearms, abs, calves) or rest
friday: shoulders and back
saturday: rest

here's what i usually do:

legs: squats, weighted calf raises (i cannot squat too much, since i don't have a cage and my back hurts when i lift over 50kgs)

pecs: bench presses, flyes

biceps and triceps: curls with EZ bar, bench presses with close grip

shoulders and back: dumbell military press, lateral raises, front raises, barbell rows (i can't do deadlifts, since my spine is sh1t, as i already said)

what do you guys think?

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I'm sure a lot of people will comment telling you your missing a certain exercise but I think you have all the main bad boys down except for deadlifts. (I know your back is messed up)

You just gotta eat excessive calories, lots of protein and creatine. My friends always told me to do certain excercises and guaranteed results but nothing happened. It's mostly diet. Your routine looks good so keep going.

Keep it easy on the cardio. It can diminish your hard work.

thanks, man, i'm tryin to eat as a beast, but it's really hard to gain, since my metabolism is really fast. i think i'm not going to take creatine, since i prefer to go natural, but i'm drinkin lots of milk. i'll try to keep it easy on the cardio, but it's hard since i really like sports... well, at least, i'll have more time to study and workout:)

Ah... but creatine is perfectly natural. Ignore the stigma surrounding it...

my back hurts, too, but this is not a reason to stop UNLESS the pain in the back stays for some days.

make dips instead of flys. creatine is a joke.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

i'm not sure, maybe you are right and it's not dangerous at all, but here in italy it's considered doping, so i don't know...

anyway i can't do dips, since i don't go to a gym, but i work at home

are you sure that it would be good not to stop, even though your back hurts?!?! i mean, it's not the muscles, i actually feel the bones in my back aching

well i dont recommend creatine i think its a joke because it doesnt hurt but doesnt help either. but for some people it may work but i think its waste of money.

my back did hurt when i started squats bentoverrows deadlifts and it has gotten better with time......it were also the bones but with time you improve a)the form and b) the bone structure is stronger because of stabilizerz or whatever. so if it doesnt hurt too much keep it up.

Do you have a medical condition like scoliosis or similiar? Otherwwise you should try to start with the deadlifts or prepare your back by doing hyperextensions/good mornings with weight to strengthen the lower part off the back.

Work on the form alot too, make it perfect. I had some trouble with the back before because I used sloppy form.

Some people just don't respond to creatine. For me it really help me with the last reps.

Creatine just make it possible to convert ADP to ATP faster. It's not dangerous in any way.

yes, but i wouldn't like to spend money for nothing. if you were to choose between buyin 2 bars without creatine (20g of proteins) or 1 bar with creatine (30g), which one would you choose? i have a budget set in order not to spend too much, so i have to decide whether to buy 2 bars without creatine or just 1 but with creatine...

tell me what you'd choose

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I'd chose none off them and buy a tub of protein. Bars are overprized. You can make them yourself you know. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=58474

Pretty cheap.

no problem.

The protein you should go for are the whey concentrate or isolate. The concentrate is a little cheaper and contain less protein. It also takes a little longer to be absorbed than the isolate. Whey is derived from cheese making and it's the fastet protein available. I don't understand how you want me to discribe what it is?

IMHO the protein you should go for are the one which contain the most amount off protein per 100 g for the least amount of cost. Don't give a damn about the brand which sells it.

I can't really help you with the cost. It varies from country to country. Double buys his from Ebay for a cheap prize, write him a PM and ask him about it.
