My persuit of a HB10!

I thought I was no longer an AFC, guess I was wrong lol. After 2 good dates girl tells me over the phone that she likes me and thinks I am a great guy and hopes that I like her, and what do I do? I tell her "yeah don't worry I like you too." We meet up the next day and she asks where do u think this is going, and like a total idiot i say " I am looking for something more than just a hook up." Next time I talk to her on the phone she says that she's thinking about where this is all going to go. Perfect example of how to lose all control, and lose the girl's interest. Now its only a matter of time till I get the dreaded phone call, I think we should just be friends.

well this girl texted me like 10 times a day for the first 4 days, but yesturday when I called her I could tell that I dropped the ball by the tone of her voice she. She said she has to do some thinking about how where this is gonna go. And today not a single text message from her.

Yes, this was okay. Only better would have been a simple "yes, I really like you too" (+ immediatley kiss her).

This girl gave you best interest signals she could ever do. What has she to do that you finally will make a move?

You are the man, you have birthright to make the moves and to finally decide if you too are together. She has clearly signaled you her interest, now all decision are by you.

If you don´t act like a man, yes, exactly, then "its only a matter of time till I get the dreaded phone call, I think we should just be friends."

Maybe it´s already too late, maybe not. Time is against you here, now go to her and be a man.

Not much damage control you can do on your end except not do any more damage control.

You being with her is sign enough that you are interested and she knows this... anything else you cough up is just AFC fodder.

My suggestion is to put some of your focus into other women and hobbies. That vibe you give off from doing this may help.

Sorry, you are totally wrong here. Unless you are looking for a die-hard women's libber, the man is the one supposed to do the moves. Of course only being together with her is not enough. Maybe she will feel that you like here, but what are you waiting for? Her best friend coming to you and tell you that you can take her now cause she wants you?

Yes, put some of your focus into other women and hobbies, family and all the other things one has in a life. But make sure to put rest of your focus into the girl you like seriously.

I got that last night...from this girl I've been with twice. TWICE. And I'm already getting the, "Do you like me...cuz I don't want to get my heart broken again..." sh!t.

I told her straight-out that if it's meant to happen that way, it will develop on its own...and to not worry about it.

I dunno if it worked. Really, I don't care because I don't need the aggravation of trying to be bf/gf with a girl who I've only hung out with twice and am not even sure how I feel about yet. If she fades away, no big deal at this point.

Seriously...DO NOT SWEAT GIRLS LEAVING YOU!! There are worse things that can happen in your life. Look at those people in Louisiana who have had their homes, their jobs, their families, and their lives swept out from under them...and then tell me that "messing up your chances with a hottie" is a tragedy.

thanks for the replies guys! Here is an UPDATE:

She calls today and asks if she can come over to my place after her class is over around two. She comes over we hang out for about an hour and then I leave to work. I learned from my mistake yesturday and do not talk about "where this whole thing is going." We just make out for a little bit a couple of times and talk. Problem is that I don't have that much in common with her, but she's so hot that I just can't NEXT her. Am I being selfish cuz i'm persuing something out of pure lust or is it alright to do? She's not gonna do **** with me unless we're a couple, so forget getting her drunk and ****. So that's the deal for today, I'll keep updating you guys as things develop, this should be quite a drama lol.
