Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

They forget to eat enough. Yea, that's right. Simple as that.

I used to go to the gym 3-4 times a week and ruin myself on weights, but it didn't make a difference.

I used to eat about 6 sandwitches a day + dinner. Then I got a new job that required me to stand all day, which meant I was getting a lot more hungry. I started eating about 12 brown, good-filled sandwitches a day (which is about 2/3 of a whole bread) + warm dinner.

I continued my workout program like I always did and I noticed a really noticable difference in a week! I bulked up more in that week than I did in two months! If your body gets enough fuel, it will 'upgrade' itself after workout.

Eat lots of meat if you want to buff up. Red meat will raise your testosterone too. I refuse to believe there is a good vegetarian alternative to it. That whole vegetarian propaganda is BS anyway. Besides, we don't still have those cutting teeth for nothing.

Dear Snow Dog,
Thats a lot of Sandwiches....But you are very right about nutrition, dont forget Liver and eat a couple of dessert spoons of Gelatine a day...I have a sneaky suspicion that part of your muscle gain might be due to, not so much walking, but getting up and down and climbing stairs...In my youth there was a prevalant belief that exercising the largest muscles in your legs first, helped overall gain.
