For me it’s as following.
8 am: wake up
9 am: gym :rock:
11 am: go to job:rockon:
9 pm: come back home
10 pm: try to read something on net/books
11 pm: still on computer
12 am: sleepy …but still on computer
1 am: in bed

Pretty much the same as yours except I'm on the computer in the morning before I go to the gym.
