"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I must say he is a very good public speaker and entertainer. He talks well and has good theory. A lot of the books he presents during his lecture are ones I've read (including the Art of Seduction written by the same author as the 48 Laws of Power).

He has his game down. I notice his personal style is very similar to mine so I feel I will be able to incorporate the many awesome lines he has into my own game.

I was very impressed overall with his lecture thing and I would recommend Double Your Dating stuff to anyone. Its really not for everyone though. Some people who are in the deep AFC mode and are too shy to handle themselves around people in general much less women would never be able to pull off his ****y+funny lines nor a lot of his other material.

I think the body language and non-verbal aspects of communication are often ignored or not touched upon deeply on these forums and other places yet are so important. A line that doesn't look so hot when posted on a forum may just be the line of the month if delivered properly.

I'll be honest, I was skeptical going into it and watching these things but now I'd say I'd give him a thumbs up.

The best parts of his lecture I think were when he talked about the attitude people have. Its all about that whole "I need this girl" and seeking her approval thing. I think its one of the hardest things to shed for most guys, especially those who are new at this.

A lot of guys have the attitude that the girl they want is it. I have some AFC friends who say they don't wanna go sarge cause they dont want to meet random women they just want that one that they really like. I always ask how are you going to be able to talk to the one you like if you don't know how, then you'll just make a bunch of rookie mistakes and screw up your chances where a little practice wouldve gone a long way.

I think David captures the right attitude for picking up girls and keeping them interested, in the way that they should be fighting for your approval rather than you for theirs.

I also loved how he mentioned something 95% of guys do and that is ask questions like "do you have a boyfriend?" and "can I take you out?" where as the more suave ways would've been to ask her if she's single for example. Big difference between asking her if she has a bf and asking her she's single, because the implication in the former is if she doesnt maybe she will let you be her bf, where as in the ladder the implication is if she isnt single you dont want to talk to her (as if youre the selector).

So yeah, some powerful stuff. Check it out guys if you can.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I've seen video 3 and 5...out of 5. each one is like 2 hours long D=

it's good to have a visual on some of the stuff to, and just seeing the guys that actually say this stuff. I mean most of them aren't all that good looking yet have many numbers and dates.

I've watched all but 3 and 6. So far, 5 is my favorite just because you really get to see some of his DJ friends, like that huge ass buff guy eric. Just look at how divergent their styles are.

All in all some amazing stuff, I don't know why he gets panned by some people out there.

The one I saw was a 6 part series. It was part of double your dating I think and he seemed to have a lot of his friends in the crowd.

My favorite episodes were 4 (which talked about handling rejection and just the general assertive attitude) and 5 (which dealt mostly with ****y+funny).

Of course every episode had something good in it and I'd recommend anyone with some time to watch them all. They are 2 hours each.

Some people I guess just find his style as really bad. One of my friends who saw it couldn't really relate to a lot of his material but still found some gems he could use. If you are more outgoing and his style seems natural to you I think you will like it more than if you can't picture yourself doing what he's doing.

Exactly. The cliche "practice makes perfect" applies to many things in life--and interaction with females is absolutely one of them.

The more interaction you have, the more OPTIONS you'll have, and we all know that the more options you have, the less desperate you'll appear.

And so begins the "cycle of confidence."

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
