“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I was doing it the other day and I felt where the forearm and the biceps/triceps section join (the opposite side of the elbow) like if I had cords inside my arm that were snapping.

I have no pain today except the usual after a hard workout (same muscular pain in the other arm that didn't have the "snapping").

It's weird... it used to happen around 2 years ago when I stopped training, but now it's stronger, maybe because I restarted training.

What do you guys think it may be?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Not sure what you mean, were you using a sensible weight, or throwing your whole body into the movement?

I was using a high weight for me with very good technique, using the bench, you know the one where your arm ends up being almost perpendicular to the floor? You do the excercise sitting.

thats not hammer curls that is preacher curls, and its normal on that to feel funny, personally i find that exercise useless.

Yeah I have the same problem. The ligaments and tendons kinda "vibrate" at one point in the movement. It feels weird.
Could be overstress or improper arm alignment.
