“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Lately I have been trying to lose weight and get more toned in the process. i am a fairly big guy at 6'2 230lbs so im not really trying to get bigger because I dont want to look really huge to the point where its too much. I really am just trying to lose some fat from around my stomach and get my arms and chest more toned. I have been running everyday for at least 30-45 min everyday and dieting but honestly I dont have alot of money to afford a gym membership because they get kind of expensive when you got other things to pay because I am in college. I heard though that you can just do alot of push ups everyday throughout the day(like 3-5 hundred) and you can get pretty toned and defined just from that. I have been doing that for about a week or 2 now and wanted to know if this is true without really using any weights or anything.
I didnt know if anyone has been doing this or if it works, but am i just wasting my time only doing the push ups for now? I plan on just getting lean for the moment and then using some weights eventually but is it true about this kind of workout?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Doing pushup and situp will not lead to weight loss. It only builds muscles. Muscles burns calories, but not enough for you to lose weight.

The problem with running on empty stomach (like in the morning) is

1. Decrease your metabolism through out the day
2. Your brain signal that you need more fuel, result in overeating.

A guy at your size should eat about 4-5 times a day, 300 calories each meal plus 2 fruit daily in between two meals. thats about 1400-1700 calories a day.

And never skip a meal. Your diet should have both carbohydrates and protiens.

Carb gives you energy.

Protein prepare muscle tissue from all that push up and pull up.

Too much with either one of those will convert into fat cells.

Eatting more than 300 calories will slow your metabolism down, you'll get tire quick.

If you only eat only protien and leaves out the carbs, you wont have enought energy to run. So be careful on that.

Eat 1-2 hours before you run. Before you run, stretch, do push up sit up, pull up...ect. While doing push up and situps, focus on tensions. Tension will give you strenght and muscles, especially in the abs area.

There are many ways to do these things. For upper chest put your legs on the chair and do push up. For shoulder put legs higher. You'll figure it out eventually.

The first 30 min will only burn off what you ate, the last 30 min is going to burn your fat cells. Wait at least 30 min to eat after your workout to give your body more time to burns off the fat cells. Drink lots of water ofcourse.

Change your exercise routine every 4-6 weeks. Increase your laps, run faster... ect. Because if you do 50 push up every day, your body will build a defense mechanism eventually it doesnt have affects anymore, so you have to increase to 60, 70 ..ect.. focus on strenght, endurance, flexiblility and speed. Mix it up with martial arts and you will be Bruce Lee, thats an option.

Guys in the gym these day only want to build muscles, they ran 4 laps with me they get all tire. Big muscles only slow them down. Dont built any muscle that do you no good. Focus on the smaller muscles...(wrist, abs, back..ect). I work out 6 times a week because of my martial arts classes, I'm not afraid of what i eat as long as it has carb and protein, neither as losing my muscles or 48 hrs to rest crap because I have real muscles, muscles that do me good, not just to look good.

I know i'm still missing out a lots of things, but that will do it for now.

Hey thats a good thing. Thats what discussion forums are for. You want to see different point of view then applied whats good for you. It would be foolish to believe everything you read.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

This is a load of crap. Running first thing is the morning before breakfast is one of the best things you can do to lose fat.

This is exactly the reason why I replied to this thread. I've tried that and IT DOES NOT WORK. "It doesnt matter if you run in the morning later in the day on an empty stomach; it isn't necessary. In addition to limiting your intensity, you jack up your stress hormones and most damagingly, you run a high risk of using some of the protein in your muscles for energy, which ultimately sabotages your ability to get lean.

For the best fat-burning results, you need to combine weights (or human weights) and cardio in the same session, after you've eaten, so you can train with maximum intensity."

Heres an article I just found that support this argument.

http://exercise.about.com/od/weightloss/f/emptystomach.htm

I'm speaking with experience on this one not because of this article. Like I said, do what's works for you. Try new things if you dont see result.

If you have 40g of whey in water, or 5g of glutamine before you do your morning cardio this will prevent muscle catabolism.
