“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Any of you golfers out there come across a weight training/strength training/flexibility routine that has actually helped your golf game? I'm looking for everything from minor injuries to adding distance to your swing. I figure it has to start in the core with twisting moves.

If you can get out of bed, you can nail a golf ball 300 yards on demand. Golf is all about microadjustments in technique and mental discipline.

If you had a big gut, I see where that could inhibit your game, but look at John Daly. There are fatbodies and senior citizens who are prolific golfers, golf is a physical sport but in a refined, mechanical sense.

^^ it's all about technique, strength plays little role in golf.

John Daly is a freak of nature, he's to golf what Mike Tyson is to boxing, what Herschel Walker is to running a football, what Ken Griffey Jr. is to hitting a baseball. They can get by off talent. That's great, until you hit 40. Not to mention how much BETTER they could be, had they worked in a good strength and conditioning program.

But back to my question. I'm not solely looking to add 20 yds. to my drives. I want flexibility routines, core routines, anything designed to help hold that form that you work so hard for in golf.

I mean, do you go for elastic stretches before or after? Proper warmups? Are rubber bands better because of the coiling nature of the swing - that sort of thing.

Whatever your sport is you should always work on core strength and flexibility. For the rest I don't play golf so I couldn't say. Unless you've already reached a very high level of skill I can't imagine either having an impact on your game, but that's for you to decide.

Core Strength - repeat 2-3xweek.
Abs: Hanging leg raises (or lying leg raises if you can't do the hanging ones). For rotational strength you can add in those twisting crunches (forgot what they're called).
Back: Weighted extensions or maybe good mornings. I think good mornings might be better in your case since they would place you in a similar position to golf.

Flexibility- Stretch all sport-specific muscles 2x week MINIMUM. A physio once prescribed I do these 4x per day until I had reached a satisfactory level of flexibility, which thankfully didn't take long. Do 2x40sec stretches for each muscle. That means you hold it 40secs without bouncing around. The tension in the muscle should be 4-5 on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the point where the muscle snaps in half.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

i train my golf athletes the same as i train anyone. Only difference being lots of stretching and twisting at teh end of our workouts.

I tend to focus on a compete powerlifting lifting and explosive training program ie LOTS and LOTS of High jumping
