“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Your weight will fluctuate quite a bit during the course of any given day. If you want to track your weight do it about once a week, wearing the same outfit (or just boxers or something), on the same day each week and the same time (morning, right when you wake up).

This will give you the most consistent and accurate view of your weight.

As a further example of daily variances:
Yesterday morning I weighed 212.5
When I got home from the gym in the afternoon I weighed 210
An hour later after drinking 40oz of water and 3 oz of cheese, my scale said 215

like others said. weigh yourself in the morning before you drink/eat anything.
and it was most likely a loss of water weight from your workout

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
