"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I am very curious and I would like a word for one of the moderators.

I am currently 15 and a Junior in High School, I been getting a lot of mixed reviews from people. Some tell me weight training will not stunt your growth and some say it will stunt your growth. Which one is it!?!?

My second concern is, I am only 5'5, Is there no god? Both of my brothers are around 5'8 - 5'9, so I find this extremely akward. I highly doubt it's my genetics most of my cousins are around 5'7 - 6'0 including the girls.

I would also like to ask is there a way I can still grow? For instance cutting down on my weight training and just try keeping in shape? and will drinking milk really help? I am Asian by the way im not sure if that will make a difference.

Being short seriously sucks, so far my shortness has taken a lot of my buisness opportunities away. I always wanted to do male modeling for magazines and clothing companies, but sadly minimum height is 6 foot, there are exceptions but I doubt I would qualify any of them. Same goes with a lot of military jobs that I want to do but I cant do.

Please Help......

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

workout little..don't workout hardcore..you still have HELLA time to grow...i myself made a mistake ..i worked out summer of incoming freshman year..and started seriously ever since..i'm still 5'9. Short as hell. I believe that if i started doing it seriosuly like sophmore year...i would've been 5'11-6'0. But that could be because i worked my legs..i think the best thing to do now is just run and pull ups..and situps..everything else should wait.

BTW..i'm asian..i know how you feel.

Yeah, Thanks a lot bra. Im 5'5 since 7th grade which sucks and I started working around then. I didnt start hardcore lifting till I was a freshman, but I guess ill cut down on my weight training a little and work more on cardio and such like you said, and since you're asian may I ask, "Do you drink milk"? I know a lot of asians cant drink milk, you either get uber diahrea or some SBD.
