Week 1 getting fit recap - 4 pounds down

So I in that get fit phase.

I trained 3 times, cardio + power lift (deadlift, squat, military press etc...) and got down 4 pounds! Not bad for week one.

I downloader a mindfullness app on eating, and meditate about that in the morning and juste a little before meal, to keep on track. Practice make perfect as we say.

Also, got on that tinder app, match with a few ok girl, nothing impressing, but well my looks arent what they used to be, and ill see how it goes.

I funny as **** so it usually work magic.

Any tips on the tinder?
