We all have to destroy our victim mentality

I see people in all facets of life, myself included, who make lame excuses for why they're not as successful as they want to be. I see it all the time at my job - guys who are lazy, who don't want to do the work to improve their selling skills and they think I'm making 190 or 200K by accident...in reality I've worked obsessively hard at improving myself for 6 years and I bust my ass everyday to sell cars

Life is 80 or 90% what you do and maybe 10 or 20% what happens to you

I pledge that I will no longer make lame excuses for why I'm not succeeding and I will bust my ass to maximize success in all areas of life.
