Title says it. I'm starting to think that this is actually the key to happiness and true strength.

Please recommend some books, readings, and all things that one can do so that he can strengthen his frame.

Somebody started a DJ reading list that had some good books on it, like The 48 Laws of Power and Art of War. Do a board search for it and check out some of the titles.
