Ways to be indifferent?

Ex broke up with me, I tried to get her back didn't work. I manned up and tried to go NC. She sends text messages, I ignore most but when I do respond I keep things short and try to be indifferent as possible. I'm really trying to practice being indifferent but need some examples.



Like what do you say when she asks to hang out?

If you still care?

Do you miss her?

Do you wanna try things again?


you know things like that

She is an Ex. She is not "the one" or your "twin soul" or "twin flame" because if she was she would still be there with you. So go out, live your life, learn from your mistakes, imrpove yourself, get to know more girls.

Don't hang out with her.
Don't text her back.
Don't call her back.
Don't try things again.
You will miss her for some time.

That's my advice, maybe i'm wrong or maybe not, who knows...

The only way to be indifferent, is being indiffrerent!

That is it plain and simple.

You can't act indifference. Simply because doing so it's a paradox.

Indifference means that something does not matter to you. Not good. Not bad. Nothing at all. And if you are playing an act, it means that in fact it does matter, which goes against the core meaning of indifference.

So don't try to be indifferent. Respect yourself. It will hurt for a really long time. In this time, do not answer her. Even though I respect Mauser96 opinion, I think it is better not even giving her an answer.

As time goes, you hook up with other girls which are better than your ex, one day you will actually feel indifferent towards her!
