Way too skinny, HELP

I could use some help on gaining weight. Here is the situation. I am 13 years old. I am 6'3 (really tall) and I weigh 138lbs. I don't get it. I work out and I eat like a mother ****en hog. I eat like 8 bowls of cereal in the morning. If anyone else ate like me they would seriously die from obesidy. I could use some help.

You get fat from your body storing extra ATP as fat. (ATP is adenosine tri-phosphate, the principal energy compund for the body)

Eat fatty food, like steak, and baked potato with cheese and bacon. You don't get jack from eating lotsa of cereal. The excess glycogen gets stored as fat. As you know, the body goes through lactic acid fermentation for 20 minutes while working, so it takes 20 minutes to move. Try to limit excessive movement. And keep on lifting some weights!
