"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Be in control of your thoughts, and your emotions. Don’t let the past repeat itself. When your not in a healthy relationship and you know its not right to be in it, end it and leave it. Don’t stay ever again in such situation for you shall make decisions upon a logic decision not your emotions/feelings. Don’t be with someone because you love them when things aren’t going the right way or make any decision based upon watt you feel/emotion. Learn to separate and control your thoughts/feelings and choose the right path based on watt you deserve, don’t blind yourself ever again emotionally.

We all know that we all have egos’ ****yness, pride, etc. It’s fine to feel that way, but don’t let that influence watt you do because sometimes you end up making the wrong choices. Learn to control the power of thought. When you have achieve that you shall be more in control of your life, your emotions, your choices in life, and not be afraid. This will separate you from everyone else, who cares watt others think. Let them drown, suffocate in their own emotional misery. If you find yourself going through the same chapter all over again(referring to my past relationship) then more power to you because you will not be afraid to walk away.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Yes. I know it isnt easy but in time you learn to endure/control your mind/thoughts/emotions. It's really a powerful/good feeling.

Took me almost 3 years. For some its a tough long process.

Good post, just don't get why you keep putting watt in place of what. Its got the same number of letters so its not an abbreviation. Maybe its some kind of cool speak I don't get. Any ways, good post all the same.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
