Ive been trin to drink a lot of water lately.. but i think i lose ALL of it. somtimes i have to pee like twice in 30 minutes... its crazy...
am i doing something wrong LOL?
should u just drink small sips every few minutes instead of large amounts every time u drink ( i still drink often even with drinkin a large amt).

I reccommend CREATINE to anyone who trains hard on a consistent basis and has a good diet (and actually follows it)! It works and it isn't all just cosmetic either. You just need to drink a lot of water for your liver/kidney's sake and so your muscles get saturated.
