Apologies for the newbie question, I tried looking to see if there was a FAQ for this forum, but I couldn't find one?

What are "Watched Threads", and what does this signify?

Thanks! Haha... I was initially thinking along the lines of a paranoid route, thinking the thread was being watched by Moderators.
