“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Got this in the e-mail today, wanted to share.. (I edited somethings out but, this basically the whole e-mail.)

We strength athletes tend to use A LOT of supplements...
Multiple types of Protein, Creatine, Glutamine and more.
But the question is:
Which ones really work?
Which ones really help to make us healthier, STRONGER
and genuinely improve performance?
And which ones are marketing hyperbole and a total
waste of money?
Well, until now - I didn't have the answers.
But recently I've been making friends with a guy called Sol
and his team from Canada.
And they've spent the past few years doing scientific research
to figure out EXACTLY which supplements are GREAT and
which totally SUCK.
You might be surprised by some of their findings...
-------------------------------------------------------------
Here's a short article they wrote especially for you (my loyal
reader):
-------------------------------------------------------------
There’s an amino acid that is sold as critical for muscle building …
but if you get enough protein, it NEVER even gets to the muscles.
Glutamine, the most popular “muscle building
amino acid” sold on the market.
There is tons of evidence that shows glutamine is completely useless
in building muscle, unless you happen to be a trauma patient lying
in a hospital bed. If you are eating enough protein (and you should be!),
you are fine.
Then we have T-boosters.
Here’s the truth - while higher testosterone means higher libido, higher
libido does not mean higher testosterone.
A lot of these T-Boosters do nothing more than increase your libido!
Easiest example is tribulus terrestris, by far the most popular T-booster
there is. It’s healthy, it’s an aphrodisiac, but it literally does zero for
your testosterone.
The last one may be a surprise - BCAAs and EAAs.
Unless you are fasting and take them before a workout, there is literally
no reason to specifically take them. When you get enough protein in
a day, you get more than enough of the BCAAs and EAAs.
Don’t waste your money on supplements that don’t work
***
Sol and his team have done their research and they know their stuff!'
No 'bro-science' here.
This is legit....

Good post. The only supplements worth anyone's time are protein, creatine, and caffeine/stim based pre workouts. Beta alanine if you've extra money to spend, but it really isn't that expensive.

Even still though, protein is the only one that's absolutely essential to getting stronger and building muscle.

They all work its a matter of do you need them/what are you trying to accomplish. They all help performance but they're "Supplements" not diet replacements. The newest one's (Pre-Workouts, Test Boosters, etc) are all pretty much sh!t. Even creatine isn't really needed provided you eat enough quality red meat. Everyone wants the "magic pill, powder capsule etc" but no body wants to put in work. You have to start small build your way up & what nobody wants

BE PATIENT

Even protein powder is just there to help you hit your macros
True, if you get enough protein from your diet, then there's no need for powder.

Was gonna set up a new thread, but I guess this link fits here perfectly. All about Pre-workout Ingredients.

Youre welcome.
