Only passed through Poland... Never stayed there so I am not one to comment much. However, I cannot imagine the women in Poland being worse than the women in the US. The women in the US have the highest obesity rate of ANY country. The entitlement mentality of women from the US is LEGENDARY, even my family back in Serbia view American women as being mostly entitled princesses.
Most people in Eurpoe speak English anyway. You will be fine in that respect.
