Question for you all..
Is there any room for getting "sad" or "depressed" in life? When we feel sad, should we slap ourselves in the face and instead force ourselves to get angry?
I was thinking about this today. I was feeling down about my life. I was feeling like a victim. But I stopped myself and instead turned my emotion into anger, and I started feeling better. I guess the trick is to balance compassion and anger so we don't run around like maniacs.
What do you guys think?
