“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I originally posted this in the Highschool page, but I thought I'd get faster replys here

I'm in Highschool obviously.

Hmm. I just found this site, because I keep screwing up on a girl, and that this is my actually first attempt to ask for help on the internet. I read almost all of the Articles, Quick Tips, and Hall of Fame tips that relate to me.

About 5 months ago I was going out with a girl named "Brit". She was an "okay" kind of girl. But, then I'm best friends with a girl named "K.G.". K.G. isn't really involved -- something just to get to know the situation. I went to a fair inside a huge building, with a bunch of cultures and countries getting together, and getting to know each other.

Brit. has been getting on my nerves at the time, and she's been very annoying. After Brit had to leave, I was hanging out with Kim, and I saw "Sher" -- my first girlfriend from 5th grade (no attachment at all -- just friends). She introduced me to her friends: "Milli", and some other girls.

At the time I met them I was thinking "Wow, Sher has some very hot friends!"

After meeting them I just kept hanging out with Kim around the other booths. We met up with my brothers who are older than me by around 5 years, and we met up with Sher and her friends, at the dining area when it was empty, and just hungout, talk and whatever.

My brother who isn't quiet and usually the center of attention started talking, and I joined in. K.G. didn't really talk unless she was spoken to. But Sher and her friends and all of us were talking, and at the time, I wasn't shy at all because I was near my brother, and K.G.

After a while of small talk, I started talking to Milli who I thought was really gorgeous. We actually had a lot in common, and she was a year older than me. She asked why she hasn't ever met me yet, and that I should have met her at the fair last year. And, WOW, we had A LOT in common.

After we all were done talking, and getting to know each other, I told my brother that I was into Milli, and of course my brother tells Sher, who tells Milli after we leave.

The rest of the night, I don't see the girls anymore but K.G. and we all go home.

After a few days I talked to Sher online, and she told me to message this screen name and ask who it was. But she already signed off before I even got to press 'Enter'. Then Sher told Milli to do the same to me, without telling her it was me.

That's when Milli and I hit it off kind of. We found out we had more in common than anyone else ever. We loved the same things: bands, music, interests, etc. After a while she asked me, "what about your girlfriend?" and I told her K.G. was a best friend. And she said "What about the other girl?" and I told her I "broke" up with her (which I haven't yet, but planned on it) then she had to go after talking online forever. (I'm not really into talking online, but if that’s what they want to do, might as well, huh?)

My dad wanted to go bowling with the brothers, and some friends of mine. I didn't really want to go, so I didn't invite anyone, so he invited Sher (and Milli!!!) I was REALLY excited and you could tell what I did next. I WAS COMPLETELY SILENT THE WHOLE NIGHT!!! That's her second impression of me!!! And it went down. About 3 weeks after we went bowling again and it HAPPENED AGAIN!!!

At the bowling the first time, Sher told me what Milli told her when she first saw me, "Who's that cute guy?" That's when I knew I had a chance.

I kept blowing it though, EVERYTIME I SEE HER I BECOME MUTE!

About 1 month and a few weeks, I broke up with Brit (she's FINALLY out of the picture!), and can finally not feel guilty about it.

After a certain point in time, we started talking on the phone every now and then (even though we both hate it -- which someone told me: you guys are compatible that means, if you both hate talking on the phone, but can only talk to EACH OTHER for hours until sun goes up.) We talked once when she was at Sheer’s house to stay the night until 6AM. Our motivation to stay on the phone was "Why did you break up with her?" with the response always "If I told you, you wouldn't have a reason to talk to me for so long on the phone!” We kept saying those over and over, and over, and she said she wouldn't stop talking to me if I told her. She kept warning me her phone will die. But her phone died, and she said she would have called back, honestly, but Sher was sleeping on the charger.

After a while, I got drunk at a bon-fire and I called, Sher when she was with Milli, and talked to them, and see if they wanted to come visit (It was 12AM!!! and I was drunk). They said they can't so they asked if I wanted to come over and chill at Sheer’s house. So I did, I went with my bro, and a friend.

**By the way they live about 30-40 min away and we don't go to the same school***

When we got there I was still shy, but we ALL were standing in a circle and I went and whispered in Milli's ear if she wanted to go to the backyard, and talk. She said okay, and we went to the back, and I grabbed a blanket for us to lie on. And I actually opened up, when I was drunk though. We talked about everything. And the question came out again, in a jokingly way "Why did you break up with her?"... I told her "Honestly, I think you are so beautiful... and I really like you, that’s why I broke up with her. So we continued talking.

After a long talk and lots of laughs, we had to go. So my bro and friend called me over with Milli. And Milli asked Sher if I could stay the night, so I did! Not much happened after, and we talked for a short, but also longer while than we usually do in person. Then I waited for her to go to sleep, so I could sleep.

After a few hours I called my brother to pick me up. And I left a note on their backdoor saying "great night " on a napkin, and went home

We hungout a lot after than... every few weekends, and we hungout on 4th of July, etc. One Saturday, I invited some friends and milli and Sher over for my bro's and my b-day little get together, my brother brought alcohol to the basement, and our parents didn’t know, he’s over 21.

A friend named "Skyes" met Sher once before this get together, and started talking to her that night in our basement. I was drinking, everyone was drinking, and I was drunk. I remember Milli and I were flirting (first time exclusively) and she was just for some reason playing with my nipples, and saying "tell me when I find them"

I really wanted to kiss Milli (who told me she liked me indirectly, and she knows I like her), but I was still nervous about it. But Skyes already kissed Sher that night a few times and he only saw her twice!

Well, we took them home, and the nipple "game" was going on in the car.

They called me at like 3AM when I was 100% wasted and passed out. And she left a message that she'll see me on Monday -- her b-day (nothing sexual -- I’m not into doing that with her... she means too much). We went out with my family, and had friends, and Sher, and milli go to a restaurant/sports bar and we ate there. I WAS SILENT AGAIN! And she finally got tired of it, and she told me that night, she didn’t want to talk to me again. I, honestly, was like "WOW this is really bad" so I cleared it up with her, and she said she was "kidding"

At the same time she told me she didn't want to talk to me, she told my brother that I was stressing her out since I never talk to her in person, and that she's going to give up once and for all. He called me about it and was VERY serious.

But I cleared it up.

The next day he told me while he was talking to her... when she was talking to me she said "oh my gosh, I just had a 'I like <ME> moment!" and now I know for sure she likes me.

After a few weeks, I left for FL with my family, and I kept calling milli and she called me, and we talked almost every night and things got really good again.

***This week on Tuesday***

When I got back she went to NJ, and came back a week after. When she got back, she was over at Sheer’s and I was the first one she called besides Sher. They wanted ME to stop by, and I didn’t have a ride so I had Skyes (he and Sher stopped talking already) and CMor (my other friend who been around when I’ve been getting drunk, and who was present when I was with Milli).

I talked a little bit when I was there at Sheer’s house, but I wanted to go walk with Milli when everyone was talking, to get alone time. I knew what I wanted to tell her, but she said "no... Not now" so I basically lost everything I was going to tell her.

After everyone got done talking, with an awkward silence.... we decided we'll leave. so I got up and remembered that Milli always said she wanted a hug from me on the phone when I was in FL, but I was too shy to still, so I just looked at her and said "...bye Milli"

And we walked off... and my friends were like, "you better give her a kiss or we're not talking you home... you knew her too long to not be doing this!"

So I went back and asked her if she wanted to go take the walk now.. So she reluctantly did. We went walking, and I was trying to talk but I was desperately shy and my mouth was dry... all that came out were mumbles and noise. And so after a while I just walked her back. And attempted to give her a hug... by trying to grab her hand softly at least.... but I tried... and I was so nervous... then I was like... "Never mind... bye"

The next day she was online, and I was on, but was “away” and she messaged me and was like “Whatever, <Me>! I knew I should have thought twice before listening to your brother.” And she signed off.

I remember though when I was in FL, we talked about that night when she said she didn’t want to talk to me again. But she said kidding.. And if that ever came to happen… she wouldn’t talk to me for a few days, and she would eventually want to see me again.

That’s my 4 page story… of my mistakes.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I'll be honest here and admit I've only skimmed through your post.

From what I can tell is you just do regular stock AFC behavior, being quiet, shy, nervous, etc.

Nothing really new or different than the bazillion other posts of guys parading around their failures. I think you just need an attitude shift. Change the paradigm of relationships in your head from you trying to fight to keep her interest and get her to like you, to not caring if she likes you or not.

Its probably a very hard thing to do and just recently I've started thinking about this, but it makes sense. 99% of guys in the world think like you do, its the natural thing to do, so going against the prevailing tides can be difficult but if its done it will do wonders for you.

Now let me ask you, what was the point of your post? It just seems like you said "here is what I did wrong", its like so what? Was there a point? Did you learn something from it? Are you asking us for advice (thats what I assume)?

Actually i needed advice incase we EVER see each other again

Well, if u read the part about she saying "i should have thought twice before thinking you'd talk to me in person"

She gave me PLENTY chances but i blew them away.. i jsut need to know how i can change this... and see if shes give me one more time.

she told me that quote above two days ago... the 3th of august... and i havent talekd to her since..

i want to know if she's just not talking to me.. or if i should ask her again to hangout again. becuase, wow... she's given me plenty of chances.

I dont wanan lie to her again.. and say... "trust me.. i'll talk next time I see you"

i've used that way too many times... at least i know what i'm doing wrong now since ive been read this site.

AND i want to read more tips and build my confidence up before seeing her... but i don't know if i should give her TOO much time to think about cutting quits with me, because she might still want to see me... and if i give her too much time.. she'll think i dont care, and break it off with me silently.

Well whats your objective.

If your objective is to try to win her over, you've already lost.

If your objective is to show you're a man, next time you see her just be cool, relaxed, and worry about YOU having a good time.

Maybe if she sees you acting naturally and having a great time she will see that you're a fun person to be around. Maybe it will spark whatever attraction she may have had for you before. Just be your own man.

No matter what you do don't come crawling back to her, apoligizing to her for anything, or asking or seeking her approval.

The minute you start acting needy as if she was the only girl for you and trying to worry about what she thinks and trying to make her feel good, you'll just lose again.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Hmm... thats really helpful... thx.... is there anything i can do to build confidence? YES, i have been reading how-to's all over the site.

Like, seriously. Everytime im onthe way to see her, I always tell myself I'll do good this time. But i always screw up. I'm not usually worried about my looks, im usually worried about how to start the convo. I'm a Sophmore.. and shes a Senior (when school starts) and I'm honestly intimidated by the grade difference, and how great looking she is... shes a beauty!

I jsut need a freebie.... something that maybe peopel could advise, tell me what i should say to start a convo with her IN PERSON.

i've talked to her too many times online, on the phone, to have anything to say to her in person. and thas whats ruining it all

and when i should do this "flirting-kino" thing i know i want to.. she knows i want to.. but i'm afraid i'll be shaking and cold hands from nervousness.. and just plain scared to touch her
