Want to Talk to More Girls

I came into the new school year ready to socialize with everyone. I have large group of friends and some girl friends, but I was really hoping to get to know more girls in my school. I keep looking for a chance to talk to anyone, but one never seems to come that would not make me seem like a weirdo. There's no one in my classes that I would really want to talk to.

I would put myself in the middle social group at school (maybe upper middle) and can talk to most people, but never that many girls, especially the ones that I actually want to talk to (the hot ones).

Any suggestions for starting a conversation without seeming forceful or weird? Also what would be a good time to make conversation both in class and out (mostly out of class)?

Well, if a girl sits near you in a class, say something to her like, "Wow, I have no clue what the hell she's (let's just say the teacher is a woman) saying. Do you get any of this?" with a little ****iness to it. Just try to be fun. Don't worry too much about how you think they'd react.

One of my friends actually used this method last year. If he made eye contact with a girl he wanted to talk to at least two times, he would look for their myspace or facebook profiles and message them "Hey, I've seen you around at school...." etc. I've actually done it a couple of times too, it worked great.
