Maybe you will be able to sleep with the next 5 hb's you see and maybe those 5 hb's will all be depressed and deranged so you won't be lucky

The non confident guy is deeply perturbed when he receives a negative response at the time he tries to exhibit DJ qualities.

Confidence is not about knowing success will happen (that's ESP), it's about not fearing mistakes. It's about realizing no one is perfect so obtaining imperfect results is no big deal.

Confidence = attempting to do something spectacular and being at ease with the idea of failure occurring = safety net

So in order for there to be total security while DJ'ing, you have to adopt the mindset of learning from your mistakes. You have to exercise skill above a safety net.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Good post, btw, failure is part of life and is accepted everywhere, what isn't accepted is the inability to try again
