No, you eat nothing and go cardio. When you finish, wait 1 hour then eat.

Amazing fat burning results for me.

Yes. Whey or glutamine before cardio, then whey after. Followed by a carb+protein based meal half an hour later.

Nothing before cardio. If you eat anything you will burn the calories from the food before your fat.

There will be some muscle loss, but you can minimize that with a high protien diet and regular lifting reutine.

Don't worry about muscle loss. Focus on gain.

Cardio HELPS muscle gain. Especially high intensity cardio. It gets you more prepared for your weight lifting sessions. And as a nice side effect, you get lower b.f. and a boost in energy!

Again, eat NOTHING before cardio. First thing in the morning is cardio. If you can't do it in the morning, do it after at least 3 hours past eating anything.

You eat 1 hour AFTER you FINISHED the cardio session.

Thats what I do. Im doing sprints up and down my street in the morning 3 times a week. Im hoping to melt away 25 lbs by august along with diet and body weight exercises.

true in some cases, but overall it depends on your goals, current bodyfat, bodytype.. the whey will be oxidised for fuel and I see no point in taking it precardio if you're looking to drop some serious fat. if just for bodyfat maintainance I'd be fine with it though.

no-one can go wrong with BCAAs pre-cardio (4-6g). the endomorph can get away with nothing else although may need a metabolism booster as well (since their metabolisms tend to be slow anyway) - green tea/caffeine/some thermo/whatever.

if you're a mesomorph you may do fine on just the BCAAs, if you lean towards the ecto side of things you may need to add half a scoop of whey as well.

if you're an ectomorph then why the hell do you need to do morning cardio in the first place.

post-cardio I'd go with BCAAs again although if you're eating half an hour later as Salvatore advised then you probably don't need these. I take BCAAs after cardio because I tend to wait up to an hour post-cardio before eating breakfast. (I'm meso-endo)
