fwiw, there's not really any such thing as being "banned." A user name and account can be deleted, but anyone with a IP-spoofing/masking software can come back and create another account. There are also other ways to hide IP without even having special software.

i think he has potential to grow and is just going thru one of those stages that he questions himself a whole lot.
i am not certain but i havent seen him bash anyone on here and i dont see a reason to ban him.
