Are once a days really necessary?
I was thinking of starting to pop a vitamin every day, have not bought them yet but i heard some say that the amount in some your body cant absorb all at once anyways and other counter act others also in the pill
So whats the deal?

You're right, they are not nessecary and you'll probably piss and poop everything out (Sanitation workers report seeing these capsules completely intact all the time running through the sewage).

The only supplements men would probably need are calcium and possibly d vitamin in the winter (unless you have some condition that causes vitamin loss). I personally wouldn't risk vitamin toxicity which can be just as bad as vitamin deficiency unless your diet is really ****in bad....in which case, eat more fruits and veges.

Most foods these days are vitamin fortified so i wouldn't worry about being vitamin deficient.

That has nothing to do with the body's ability to absorb vitamins. Put the vitamin pill in a glass of warm water and vinegar to see if it dissolves.

A lot of people could benefit from extra vitamins and chance of toxicity is slim unless you take many pills a day.

there's little real evidence one way or the other. take 'em if it makes you feel better, or if all you eat is double cheeseburgers & fries.

I get all the vitamins I'll ever need through the milk, orange juice, beans, homemade protein smoothies and vegetables I eat every day.

Throw in some fish and your set. I have been known to take the pill form of fish oil and zinc. But that's for other reasons, think Peter North.
