The FDA wants to control any thing that is beneficial to the people. The govt. does not want anyone to be healthy because if everyone was healthy, they would be broke. Vitamin C is very beneficial to everyone and can greatly assist in cancer treatments and Aids treatment. Vitamin C also greatly increases energy and body awareness. The United States is the least free place on the face of Earth.

First of all, you are basing your assumption on false premises. The FDA does not have anything to do with this, if it is even true to begin with. So don't say "durrrr, **** America and the FDA cause I can't get no Vitamin C".
Second of all, this supposed proposal would be coming out of the WORLD trade organiztion, which is made up of many countries. Since this proposal would be affecting nations other than the US, then it would be safe to assume that these other countries are at least as unfree as the United States. Obviously the US is NOT the least free country in the world when there are others that are at least equally unfree.
I'm tempted to start ranting and flaming, but this is not the forum for that.

As far as for vitamins, I see it only reducing the % to RDV
but with vitamins, if vitamin c is 1000%, you only get the 100% which is the RDV in tablet form.
What I really see being affected is our protein supplies. But this is tricky cause the DV of protein varies by individual.
Substances like 1-AD will be taken off the market for sure, as well as creatine.
Any words on this?

Once again, Snopes does a very nice job of clearing up the facts. The role of the WTO and Codex are very cleary defined and should pretty must bring an end to this argument. The WTO only affects nations if the nation does so voluntarily, so the WTO cannot compell the US to do anything. This country already has the FDA and enough bureaucracy in Washington to eliminate the need to volunteer for such things.
