I’m here on a client visit/meeting and the women are gorgeous (better than London from what I’ve seen). People smoke a lot though, I literally saw people buying bottles of vodka and another guy with a crate of beers behind him at 12 in the afternoon today.

Anyway, I know I’m getting old when I don’t have the enthusiasm or willingness to go out or even talk to anyone. I’m sitting in my hotel on my laptop working with a glass of wine. The client I met is 46 and he was urging me to go out tonight even giving me a list of places, I told him I would but secretly I’m going to enjoy my own space and get a good 9-10 hours sleep, that sounds like heaven right now.

I did buy some redbull and vodka incase I need a kick up the behind to go and party later. What I actually need is half a gram of coke, but I’ve sworn myself off that since learning I’ll be a dad. I wouldn’t know where to source it from here anyway. I’m just rambling.

Also the toilets here (and Germany) are backwards, there’s a literal shelf you **** on and your **** stays there until you flush it, apparently so you can inspect it for health reasons, it’s the most disgusting vile thing I’ve seen in my life. Please google the backwards shelf toilets.

I ended up not going out my way to speak to or seek any women, I did my client meeting, saw some sights, tried some food, came
home.

I couldn't wait to sleep in my own bed and get back to my routine. I think I've outgrown the drinking and h0es lifestyle, I am embracing adulthood (finally) and it feels really wholesome and peaceful if I'm honest.
