This is a very interesting presentation. If you fact-check some of its points, then its not accurate. For example, you already have VR-and fleshlight interface technology so the tech exist for some augmented reality where you can have a fake experience of having sex with a porn star on VR and feeling some sensation of it with a fleshlight sex-toy. Then there is the other aspect that it's hard to predict (I mean as an overal social trend) what will happen in 2040. There might be population collapses of major Western countries by this time because the replacement birth rate is too low as it no longer makes sense to have children. There are backlashes happening against feminism and how dating is organized. What is happening now is not sustainable in the long-run and I think it's unlikely that tech is just going to start replacing things like that. If the society in the future wants to start encouraging people to have children and replace the population, then sex robots are a bad idea and might even be made illegal.

I dont care about 2040 since I dont know if I will even be alive or here at that time. I am Gen X so those dates sound too far off with me. I did not feel that way when I was younger (ie wondering about the 2020s in the late 90s). I know 100% my folks wont be here in 2040.

To be clear, my folks, and I mean both of them, are members of the Silent Generations. They are not Boomers.
All members of the Greatest Generation (ie the generation that precededed the Silent Generation) are now gone. All those who fought for are freedom in WW2, gone.
Therefore, the issue that I'm concerned about my folks in 2040, all things being equal, are warranted. Lots of people, including the late-Queen in England, were part of the same generation of my folks. My folks are more in the younger age of the spectrum of that generation, buying me some time. Therefore, what is happening in 2040 is not top of mind right now.
