I came across this video while searching for gynocomastia surgeons and was impressed with the result. The dude in the video wasn't a bad looking guy, just an average Joe. But that implant gave him a great profile and he's on his way to being Chad-Lite.....

I might consider this someday but for now i think i'll place gyno surgery as higher priority.

That guy should drop some bodyfat first then asses the problem with his face.

Anyway Im not against surgery if it solves problems outside our control, after all we all speak about "equality" 24/7 yet no one consider the facts that someone has bruce campbell chin while someone else has a woody allen's one.

This young chap deserves praise for having the courage to go under the knife..... Cosmetic surgery is always a gamble cause there's always the possibility that the surgeon could fvck up....

If he loses some fat, fixes the bump on his nose and if he's 6"+ he can definitely ascend to Chad status....

He's got some good hair genetics so he can pull off that Leon Kennedy look that girls go gaga for....
