"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I really need help! Here's my situation and I don't think anybody's had the same one. I am probably one of the biggest procrastinators and laziest guys alive (was raised that way) and it's one of two major things holding me back. I switched from full time to part time June 2006 so I could have extra time to change myself. It's almost been 1 year and I haven't changed much. I literally spend the whole day watching TV or using the computer. It's like i'm addicted to those two.

On my "busiest" days I would spend 3 of my 16 hours on improvement, and that was watching PUA videos which I like to do for certain videos (Deep Inner Game for example was really boring and I never finished). I stopped watching because i'm not even close to being ready to go out in the field. My main goal was to improve my voice. The most time I spent on that was 1.5 hours and sometimes I would go days doing nothing! I bought "The Sound of Your Voice" a long time ago, and still haven't made it past cd2. I really don't know why I don't spend more time on improvement.

A month ago I would wake up and write down on a sheet of paper my goals for the day. When I checked them off I felt happy, but I never reached all of them. Here's an example of a daily goal list:

1. Do voice exercises at least 3 seperate times a day, total at least 30 min.
2. Read at least 2 hours
3. Talk at least 3 seperate times, 10-15 min each time.
4. Eat at least 5-6 seperate times every 2 hours.
5. Vacuum my room
6. Return movies.

As you can see, all that that shouldn't be hard to do in a day. Maybe for a lazy person like me, I started out with too much and/or i'm bad at managing my time. Sometimes I would cook and take up too much time, eat too much and not feel like doing anything, read message boards and not realize how much time passed, watch another TV episode when I said I would stop after the previous one.

Anyone know how to fix my problem? I want to be happy and see if I become the man I envision ASAP. It took me almost 2 hours to type all this, so do you think I have mental problems? If I do, that wouldn't make sense since I didn't kill myself years ago (i'd say 8/10 people would've if they were in my shoes). Respect and thanks for reading this far.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Haha...wow, you do all that...for what? Do you even go out? Sarge? Anything?

Practice is just that, practice, for the GAME.
