I have a very simple tip, and im trying to use it on myself and trying to make it a part of my life.

Simply Destroy Your worries

or Worries of you not doing will ACTUALLY get in the way of you doing

CLEAR you mind of worries and live in the present moment and enjoy that second and think IN THAT second you will love it. It will make you happier and that is ALWAYS good.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

very helpful. i just say f it half of the time anyways and my life has become more exciting,expensive and fun.
