Very Seemingly Innocent Religious Girls

I keep running into these in my area. On the opposite side of town from me is this community college my friend goes to, and he meets people (usually girls) there and they hang out. I get invited along, and hit it off pretty well with them.

Anyway, these girls are 18-20, and each one of them has told my friend (he is gay, so women are more comfortable telling him these things I guess) I was cute and expressed interest. Only thing is, these girls are very traditional, and from what I have seen so far with them, I am inclined to believe them. Two are Catholic and one is a Jew. I would do any of em, so should I just kind of ignore or laugh off their claims of "being innocent" and try kino/escalation with them and see how it goes? I know some girls make these claims and its all fake lol
