Go to your local gym and look at all the 25 year old women there with awesome bodies (as in they clearly workout hard, eat healthy, have good lifestyle, etc...) probably 50-70% of them will be hot


Honestly, I'm realizing I just want a woman who puts in the same effort to look good as I do. I don't need supermodel facial aesthetics by any means... especially among the Spanish women I see at my gym, the average mid to late 20s female is very attractive. The average facial features are plenty attractive to me as long as she takes great care of herself.


So why does everybody say I am so picky to just want somebody who lives life as intelligently as I do, puts in the same effort to look good as I do and is genuinely a good person?


It's kind of interesting though the difference in dating for men and women. An average woman can become super hot by taking care of herself and having a rocking bod. 90% of male attractiveness (for online dating for example) is about being tall and having male model facial aesthetics, which you have zero control over. The average guy who puts in tremendous effort to look good will be nowhere near as attractive to women as the average woman who puts in tremendous effort will be to men

For starters, stop comparing yourself to others or over-analyzing the market. I’ve seen others give you solid advice in other threads Dave.

You have to really work at being comfortable in your own skin and eliminate your insecurities to the best of your ability. This will increase your attraction beyond just the gym gains.

They have to find the highest value male willing to settle down with them in time for them to have kids. The other part ... roughly 60%+ of women on the 8-10 scale have had some sort of facial work done (fillers, Botox, lip injections, or under the knife multiple times), and the body ...either a boob job, fat transfer to their azz, or both. Combine this with perceptual manipulation: high heels, make up, padded bras, other contrivances along with thousands of thirsty dudes inflating their ego ... and only then do you fully realize the biased value in the market.

Most Hot women put a lot more work into their appearance than you do Dave.

They only make the job harder on themselves by disqualifying guys who get too attached too early. Those are guys who are genuinely interested in them, but they reject them because they think they smell desperate. By insisting that guys come at them with a casual approach, they are just inviting the pump and dumpers.

Some may argue this, but the fact is men tend to "fall" first. Rather than accept that as a fact of life, women are just repulsed by it. not the case for the women I like (mediterranean/Spanish/middle eastern) - they ALWAYS have nice curves if they put in the work in the gym. There is not one woman in my entire extended family, not to sound creepy here, who has that super skinny white girl flat body. They're all curvy

Either way, it's not only boobs, hips, and azz; it's also proportions legs, torso, even neck.

Depending on how picky up get, everything matters. Genetics supersede. And not everything can be fixed.
